  This gym is like no other it's a family not just your local work out centre and the support you receive physically emotionally and with your children is like no other I am so happy that I took that leap and joined, other gyms just don't cut it!

  Finding an gym that suited my needs was becoming a little difficult until I walked into Venus and meet Amelia. Not only does Venus provide amazing sessions, equipment and trainers, they also offer a sense of community! Amelia and Maria are AMAZING trainers and the women who train here are all super supportive and encouraging.

  FABULOUS! I could not recommend Venus enough! Amelia, Kritty and Maria are both amazing coaches and people!! They each focus on getting to know you and your goals and do everything they can to help you achieve them. I love the session and atmosphere - no judgment, no shame just positivity, positivity, positivity!! Thanks girls - I'm enjoying every moment I spend at Venus!!

  I promise you won't look back. Venus is run by an amazing group of trainers and is about one thing - supporting women to be the best that we can be. This is not a competitive gym full of models wearing the latest fashion (although most of us look pretty damn good). We are students, young professionals, older professionals and mums from many different walks of life who turn up to train together. You will be completely inspired by the women around you. Each of us has a unique goal - some of us want to lose 20+kgs, others want to just learn how to run or improve strength. Whatever your goal Venus can help. Want a yoga class or guided meditation no problem. Need some help with Food planning - got that covered too. The hardest part of your journey is taking the first step and I know Amelia and all the Venus trainers will be there for you from the first time you turn up.

  I have met the most amazing women through this journey, this gym is the best by far Amelia the owner is amazing and so uplifting and positive you just love to be around her such an amazing woman and the other trainers are equally as brilliant and professional they know exactly what they are doing.
